When you dine with us you'll find a menu reflecting what has been freshly picked that day. No matter what time of year you will find a plentiful choice of meat, fish, pasta and vegetarian dishes.

All year round our farm produces an amazing array of produce that our chefs use to create our increasingly innovative menus.
Our dinner guests are able to dine within our beautifully arranged restaurant that aims to create a dining experience at one with nature.
Our hotel guests have the additional opportunity to explore the land and pick produce at their leisure.
Our Local Suppliers
For food not grown on our farm we work with incredible local suppliers who deliver wonderful produce that has made Puglia famous for being the gastronomic center of Italy.
Whether it is fresh fish from the Adriatic (less than 20km away) or traditional capocollo di Martina Franca you will always be able to sample something typical from our region.
